Time: 12:00PM - 1:00PM

Location: Microsoft Teams

We are thrilled to announce an extraordinary opportunity exclusively for Churchill Families! Following the exceptional response to Dr. Mark Bertin's enlightening talk on ADHD in January, we've listened to your requests and are proud to present a highly anticipated six-week series with Dr. Bertin beginning on April 17th.

Sessions take place weekly on Wednesdays from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, and are conveniently conducted online during lunch hour, so you can seamlessly integrate this enriching experience into your day without too much disruption to your schedule.

Far more than a disorder of attention, ADHD is a heritable developmental disorder that affects executive function, a set of cognitive abilities for managing our lives. Living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can be difficult — increasing stress and reactivity, straining relationships, and hindering the ability to address issues both creatively and consistently as they arise. Dr. Bertin's expertise shines a light on this unique combination of challenges, offering practical guidance and support.

Mindfulness is a term that is often misunderstood and is a powerful tool that provides a foundation that supports all of ADHD care. It benefits children, adults, and families living with ADHD by reducing stress, improving flexibility in problem-solving and changing habits, facilitating communication and healthy relationships, and more. It isn’t a practice of calmness or perfection but one that builds resilience, patience, and awareness. A growing body of research even links mindfulness to direct improvement in attention, emotion, and executive function.

This series is not just another training — it's an experience designed to equip you with invaluable insights and strategies for navigating the complexities of ADHD while integrating optional mindfulness techniques.

This exclusive series is open to Churchill families, fostering a supportive environment for collective growth and learning. We strongly encourage live attendance at each online session to maximize the benefits of this impactful experience. Don't miss out on this unparalleled opportunity.

We look forward to seeing you there, Churchill families!
